Top 3 medicine cabinet favorites!

When it come to re-stocking your medicine cabinet- you're either the “product junky” who “needs” everything or you’re the use it to the last drop- type of person. LOL!!

No matter what, it’s safe to say, no one likes to be out of their favorite self-care items. Especially, me! I’m the type of person that likes to have multi- purposed items in the house.

The kind of things you keep in the house because you know they work -and you can trust them! Right?

Now that Spring is in full swing, I’m moving around more… and doing more and more.. .ha ha…. outdoor activities. So I really need to keep my muscles loose.

Check out how I use my top 3 medicine cabinet must haves here…

lavender

Lavender or Lavandula is an aromatic herb in the mint plant family. Its essential oil is excellent at relaxing cramped muscles, The flowers can also be steeped in warm water and the vapors inhaled.

I do this facial steam when I have neck stiffness or feel a headache forming.

Eucalyptus is a flowering shrub in the Myrtle Tree family. Offering a cooling and aromatic fragrance that eases and rejuvenates a fatigued body. Add a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil to your diffuser to ease lung tension and added respiratory benefits.

The Boswellia Sacra Tree produces a very beautiful resin commonly referred to as Frankincense. The tree sap or resin is been tapped for centuries and burned in religious and rites of passage ceremonies.

The essential oil from this resin is celebrated for its pain relieving qualities. Research supports evidence that Frankincense essential oil used in aromatherapy or as a topic treatment, reduced lower back and sciatic nerve pain. When added to a carrier oil, the blend can be applied directly to sore areas.

These are just a few of my must haves. But, I’m curious to know… what natural remedies do you LIVE for ? Leave a comment below…
